I enjoy helping people achieve their goals. I was obese and was on numerous medications. My weight was 342 lbs before I started my fitness journey. I am down to 250 lbs and still losing. During my journey I decided I wanted to help people be the best version of themselves. I became a certified personal trainer and a nutritionist coach. These two certifications helped me make better life and healthier choices. I would love to get the opportunity to share them with you.

I do monthly challenges from squat challenges, push-up challenges, abb challenges, step challenges, to name a few.
