Nutrition
Nutrition is about eating a healthy and balanced diet. Food and drink provide the energy and nutrients you need to be healthy. Understanding these nutrition terms may make it easier for you to make better food choices.
Recovery
Rehydration is essential, especially if you have exercised intensely or broken a sweat. Drink a lot of water. Hydrating after a workout is key to recovery. Get enough sleep. Getting proper rest is easily one of the most effective ways to recover from any form or degree of physical exertion. Eat nutritious food.
GET INSPIRED DAILY
Make your workout fun. Find sports or activities that you enjoy, then vary the routine to keep it interesting. Make physical activity part of your daily routine. If it is hard to find time for exercise, do not fall back on excuses. Remember people make time for what they want to make time for. Put it on paper, or your goal board. Be flexible! Reward yourself with good health.
